Rohin Bhalla is a designer from Austin who has worked on various projects around the world. After 12 years of working as an Art Director in advertising agencies, he opened his own studio and transitioned to furniture design.

His designs have been exhibited at the Salone del Mobile during Milan Design Week, the Museo Franz Mayer (Mexico City), published in Graphis and ARCHIVE magazine, and been fortunate enough to receive awards from New York Festivals, El Sol Festival (San Sebastian, Spain), FIAP (Buenos Aires), and Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseño (Madrid), and has also presented at the SXSW Interactive Festival (Austin).

Rohin has produced work for companies such as Pirwi (Mexico City), The History Channel, ESPN, Target, Stubb’s BBQ (Austin), Grey Goose, Starburst, Anheuser-Busch, TUUX (Mexico City), Hecho y Derecho (Mexico City), Amnesty International, World Wildlife Fund (Madrid), Smart Car (Madrid), Obrera (Monterrey, Mexico), Sony Music (New York), Bat Bridge Entertainment (Austin), PuntMobles (Valencia, Spain), La Calaixera (Barcelona), Centro Cultural de España (Mexico City), Café Victoria (Dallas), Blue Dahlia Bistro (Austin), Atlaco (Austin), LatinWorks (Austin), and Contrapunto BBDO (Madrid), among others.

Rohin holds a graduate degree in furniture design from ELISAVA Escola Superior de Disseny (Barcelona, 2010) and a BS in Advertising, Texas Creative program, from the University of Texas (Austin, 2003).
